Manual upload — for ad-hoc / mid-day overrides

The custodian SFTP feed is the source of truth and runs every night at 4:30 AM ET. Use this tab when you've placed trades during the day and want fresh numbers before the next overnight sync. Any manual broker upload will replace custodian-placeholder lots with proper tax-lot entries (thesis, stops, and tags are preserved). The next SFTP feed will re-sync everything as truth.

Account Mapping

Map the last 4 of each custodian account # to internal IDs

Your Accounts

After the first SFTP pull, the last 4 digits of each custodian account number appear in the feed. Map each to your internal IDs (NW-ACCT, NW-ACCT, NW-ACCT, etc.). For security, only the last 4 digits are ever stored.

Unmapped accounts will get auto-generated IDs like ACCT-5436.
