Statement Coverage
Which period columns have a statement the platform can link — i.e. one the Documents app has ingested and matched to the deal.
Year
Reading the document library…
The Documents app could not be reached, so no statement can be matched right now.
The gaps below would be wrong — retry rather than acting on them.
A gap means “not in the platform”, not “never sent.”
Statements filed directly into the SharePoint Active Deals library are not
ingested — the Documents app files documents into that library but never reads
back from it. Before chasing a manager, check the deal’s
FINANCIAL/ folder;
the statement is often already there and simply hasn’t been pulled in.

Nothing matches this filter.
A month counts as covered when the Documents app holds and has matched a P&L whose
period includes it, judged by the same classifier the RE Financials source links use — so this
page and those links always agree. That makes it a map of what the platform can link, not of
what the managers sent: statements filed straight into SharePoint are not ingested and read as
gaps here. Only months that actually have actuals are counted, so a property with a partial
year is not charged for months it never reported.
