Chart of Accounts — Standard Term Library
The canonical terms every manager's native accounts map to — the backbone for normalized roll-ups and go-forward ingestion. Editable: fix a classification or triage a gap term and it sticks (a reseed won't overwrite it).
Every manager's chart-of-accounts format in one place — how many native accounts it maps (to how many Standard Terms) and which properties use it. The whole Property ↔ Manager ↔ Terms map at a glance. Click a format to open its account-level chart.

Low coverage (red) = few manager formats map a native account to this term. "Added" terms were promoted from the gap and have no manager aliases yet.
Each manager reports in its own chart of accounts. Pick a format to see how every native account maps to a Standard Term, and remap any that's wrong — a ⚠ flags an account whose name doesn't match its category (e.g. "…Income" landing in an expense bucket). Every change is logged.
A group is defined by its account mappings, so creating one maps its first account. Add the rest by selecting the group below and mapping each native account.

The account name has to match the statement exactly — a mapping is keyed on that string, so "Management fees" and "Management Fee" are two different accounts.

Line-items in the financials store that aren't canonical Standard Terms. Most are derived (ratios, per-unit, computed subtotals) the engine recomputes — they don't belong in the base taxonomy. The Needs review set is the judgment call: Promote a genuine account into the taxonomy, or Dismiss it as acknowledged-derived.
Native accounts on staged financials that don't map to a Standard Term yet. Each one drops out of NOI and keeps its statement from tying out until it's added to the library. Map it once here and every future statement from that manager auto-maps it. No AI — you pick the Standard Term.
Only this manager's own chart resolves an account — a term another manager uses for the same label is shown as a suggestion to adopt, never applied on its own. Switch to Every account on the statements to review a chart end to end.
